Obituary:
Chucky Bo Flowers, 35, of Texarkana, Texas passed away November 30, 2009 at 8:30 AM in Grady, Arkansas due to complications from a farm equipment accident.
He was born February 22, 1974 in DeQueen, AR. He was the son of Judi Green of Idabel, OK.
Chucky was working at the age of ten for twenty dollars a week so he could buy his first drum set, his love for music had begun. He was an avid drum player and all-around musician.
After graduating in 1992 from DeQueen High School, he served in the Arkansas Nationl Guard before moving to Clearwater, Florida where he spent most of his adult life.
He enjoyed camping and fishing. He also loved to cook and garden. He was an amazing artist. He also enjoyed spending time with his nephews.
He and Carie Price of Texarkana, Texas were united in marriage on March 11, 2009.
He leaves to cherish his memory his wife,, Carie, of Texarkana; his mother, Judi Green, of Idabel; two sisters, Frishi Flowers, of Fayetville, Arkansas and Lacy Gauldin, of DeQueen, Arkansas; step-father, Glen House, and four nephews, Austin, Trevor, Trenton and Gavin all of DeQueen, Arkansas; two step-daughters, Asia and Cheyenne of Texarkana, Texas; three uncles, Calvin Green, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Mike Green and wife, Sandy, of Austin, Texas and James May of DeQueen, Arkansas; five aunts, Celia Green and Debbie Ney and husband, Donald all of Idabel, Oklahoma, Jeannie Green, of Houston, Texas, Teme Sweeten of Ft. Smith, Arkansas and Stacie Price and husband, Rick of Panama City, Florida, as well as a host of other family members and friends.
Visitation will be held at Norwood-Nation Chapl from 7:00 PM until 8:00 PM, Thursday, December 3rd.
Funeral services will be held Friday, December 4th at 2:00 PM in the Norwood-Nation Funeral Home Chapel with Chad Rutherford officiating.
Interment will follow in Redland Cemetery, Redland, Oklahoma.
