He died on April 20th, 2010 at McCurtain Memorial Hospital in Idabel, OK. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ben and Bertha May Daniel, three children, Jimmy Daniel, Ruth Ann Daniel, and Edward Earl Daniel; three brothers, Mack Albert Daniel, Jerry Daniel, and Ed Daniel. He leaves behind his loving wife of 63 years, Beatrice Violet Daniel, who he married on December 24th, 1947 in DeQueen, Arkansas; his children Bob and April Daniel of Idabel, OK; Roger and Tammy Daniel of Cordell, OK, Lou Ann and Sean McBriarty of Tulsa, Oklahoma and George Danaiel of Idabel, OK; brothers, Joe Daniel and wife, Belva of Garvin, OK; Elbert Daniel and Bennie Daniel both of Queen City, Texas; sisters, Juanita Stewart of Ashdown, AR and Carolyn "Boot" Cummings, of Ashdown, AR; six grandsons, 7 granddaughters, 14 great-grandchildren and 9 nieces and nephews, and numerous other relatives and friends. |
