Ole Buddy, we made the rides together...Ole Buddy, in every kind of weather...When your ridin' days are over...There'll be highways lined in clover...For you, Ole Buddy, pal of mine.
Well, look up ole fellow at the angels waiting to sing...With a welcome party, all the bells in heaven will ring...With a group of six or seven, we will ride again in heaven...With you, Ole Buddy, pal of mine. -- Harlan

Elaine and family,
I was so shocked to hear of our loss. Words do not seem to be enough when someone just walked into the heart of my family and left just as suddenly as he showed up. He was indeed a blessing to CMA and to us. He accomplished much in his short time here. Our prayers and thoughts are with you.

What a great loss. Elton cheated death the first time many years ago in an automobile accident. At that time, I don't believe him to be a christian. This time, God was ready for him and he wanted him to come home. Elaine, we are so sorry for your loss, but know that you have many happy memories with Elton, as we do. I am so glad we were able to get back in touch and with him after he came back to Dallas, and to meet you. You are a wonderful person and I know God will help you through this difficult time. Please let us know if there is anything we can do for you. We love you.
