Obituary:
Ernie Brown, of Idabel, Oklahoma was born April 14, 1928 in Tuttle, Oklahoma and passed away July 4, 2011 at the age of 83 years, 2 months,
and 20 days.
Ernie had lived in Idabel since 1979, moving here from Longview, Texas.
He was a painter and was of the Baptist faith. Ernie proudly served his county in the Army-Air Force.
His wife Stella Brown preceded him in death on September 22, 1999. He was also preceded in death by his parents.
Ernie leaves to cherish his memory two stepsons, Mickey Haley of Haworth, Oklahoma and Terry Haley of Tulsa, Oklahoma; three daughters, Pat Culp of Powderly, Texas, Barbara White of Idabel and Betty Garrett of Valliant, Oklahoma; one sister, Jane Perkins of Dallas, Texas , numerous grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held 10:00 a.m., Thurday, July 7, 2011 at the Moran Cemetery with Reverend Bobbe Stuart officiating. Interment will follow in Moran Cemetery.

I'm sorry for the loss I loved Ernie and Stella they were very sweet people, Ernie was fun & always joking, He will be missed greatly. If i can do anything for the family please let me know. Love you all.
