Joann Conley, 82 of the Cisco Community, passed away October 12, 2018 at her home. She was born April 9, 1937, the daughter of Jessie B. and Estel Clardy. She married James Conley, March 12, 1963 and the two operated Conley Cattle Company. They were very generous and strong supporters of their family, community, church and the agriculture industry, including FFA and 4-H.
A member of Bypass Church of Christ, she was a strong and faithful woman who was always willing to help someone in need. She was known by the Cisco Community as the neighborhood nurse in her younger days, giving shots to those who were sick.
